Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses in the US, China, and the UK. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.


Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. It usually takes 4-10 business days for orders to arrive but due to COVID restrictions in certain areas and unavailability of products in our US warehouses, products shipped from international warehouses can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Tracking details for all orders will be provided once shipped. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. I entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?

If you mistakenly entered the wrong address then make sure you reach out to us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing the order. Reach us out at support@babycoo.us and we'll help you out. If a request is submitted once the order is shipped, we won't be able to change the address and no refund will be provided\


Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take about 1-2 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from the anywhere around the world. We ship worldwide.

Q. Where is you company located?

A. We have our main office in the Connecticut, USA; Supply warehouses in USA and UK; High-Quality vendor contacts in China

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process orders in USD, GBP, EUR and CAD at the moment. 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. We accept all Major Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex. 

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. All the data is handled confidently and secured with SSL (Secured-Socket-Layer) server software. Any third party cannot read the encrypted information. Credit Card payments are verified through 3D secure procedure

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located.
